I acknowledge that due to certain conditions which exist beyond scope and control of this service, I may not always see the same level of acceleration and in some cases may not see any at all. 

I am aware that I may discontinue the use of this service at any time. I realize that if I cancel before or after my monthly billing cycle date I may not receive a pro-rated refund for any unused services left in that billing cycle.
